Universal Audio and Apollo at NAMM 2012

The 2012 NAMM show was a very special one for UA. The announcement of the Apollo High Resolution Audio Interface was not only the culmination of three years of research and development, it also represented the merging of our analog hardware legacy with our DSP and software development expertise.

The UA NAMM Booth was packed the entire show, and featured demonstrations of Apollo with producer/engineer Fab Dupont (Jennifer Lopez, Mark Ronson, Santigold) and vocalist Liza Colby, plus hourly giveaways of UA gear, and exclusive artist interviews with Joe Chiccarelli (U2, The White Stripes, The Killers) Darrell Thorp (Beck, Radiohead, Switchfoot), and Jason Schweitzer (Snoop Dogg, Eminem, Mayer Hawthorne).

The NAMM show isn’t open to the public, but luckily our video crew was there to capture all the action and share the excitement with you. Enjoy!
