Is there any way I can use a Ultra PAK with a laptop?
Yes - using a Cardbus to PCI expansion chassis such as those from http://www.magma.com. The UAD-1 has been extensively tested and is fully compatible with all Magma PCI expansion products.

How do I get my free Fxpansion RTAS Adapter?
Register your Project PAK or Ultra PAK and log in at http://my.uaudio.com. The software will be available for immediate download from your account!

What if I have previously registered with Mackie or UA, how do I access my account?
The most important thing to remember is do not make duplicate accounts!
Just enter the email address you used to register previously, leave the password field blank, and click the Login button. If that email address is in the system, you will get a message that the password is incorrect. Click the "Forgot Your Password?" link, and then a new one will be sent to you. You can then use this new password to get into your account, and there you can change you password to something you can remember, via the "Change my Password" link.
If you get a message that the user with that email address does not exist, or you know that the email address you used to register previously is no longer valid, then you need to contact UA's technical support toll-free at 877-MY-UAUDIO. We will assist you in getting up and running.
Once again, if you have already registered and are having trouble getting into your account, please DO NOT make a new account before contacting UA technical support.
