MUST UP TO DATE
Need an UNISON compatible version. Good amp but not Unison compatible.

It needs unison
My first disappointment, I never realised it wasn’t unison and I can feel and hear the difference.... shame, it actually sounds nice but unison rules

Good sound.... but problematic.
This amps great when it works. However it has a crazy bug were it won't get the settings you saved, or load the pre made settings. Too many problems for the price. I don't recommend it.

sounds awful
I wish I hadn't wasted my money on this plugin. It sounds awful. The amp sims in Logic sound better than this thing. I wanted something to use in UAD Console for monitoring, but this was a mistake. Go with the UAD Fender plugin instead.

Muddy in mono
I have just tried the demo for a few days and I feel that the tone is very muddy. And with the few options that exist I can't get it to open up. And this has to do with the speaker sim in my opinion. They all sound quite the same. And the fact that it's all only in mono is a huge drawback when you compare it to other software guitar amps. When you do a comparison to others, make sure that they're also in mono, or else everything will sound better and fuller. I find nothing wrong with the amp itself, except that's impossible to produce a clean sound. And a spring reverb should be installed. Much more useful then a gate. With my tele the halfdistorted and full distorted settings sounds very good, but do something about the speakers. Update?

No headroom
As much as I like EL84 amps, this amp really misses the chime and clarity that you get from an AC30 etc. found it nearly impossible to get a clean tone. The crunch is ok and I'm sure with a lot of tweaking could be usable but overall this emulation seems pretty underwhelming and CPU intensive.

Holy Smokes C King is right
This is a fun amp to play but Scuffham Amps is REALLY impressive. I think I will keep my UAD plugs to front end plugins for now I've bought enough to keep me happy for awhile
