Total waste of money
Went back to the free Ableton echo, as this has no tail and really is just a bright reverb.

Unworkable unit with Zero support from Universal!!
I purchased this Chorus. And yet I am unable to use it as it won’t work!! It shows up in my plugins as purchase but won’t work. Now that’s bad enough, but just try to get in touch with a live human being for help. You won’t get help rather they will refer you to multiple articles for you to read to try to figure the problem out yourself. Think of it suppose you bought a car that wouldn’t run and Unbelievable inadequate and poor Customer Service!!!!

Does not work
I have been testing this with different audio and midi sources. When you try to place it as an insert on plain audio the plug in just click and pops. I am using a i9 Mac Pro with 64 GB of Ram, and running an Apollo interface, and it's barely touching my DSP. I will stick with the Valhalla. What a shame

Not finding value so far
Got it as a part of bundle, was a waste of money - this is very good emulation of very old hardware, not really fitting modern workflows. It has very limited controls, so basically it's another plugin I got because of UA marketing/sales/bundles games, but I will keep using my old plugins

Doesn't sound like the previous Roland Dimension D plugin
A while ago I tried the Roland Dimension D plugin. Now I went to buy it and it turns out that it is no longer the Roland, but another version called Studio D chorus, which does not sound like the original Roland plugin. You can try the original Roland plugin for 12 days, and I have compared the two, the original Roland Dimension D plugin, and the Studio D Chorus, and the original sounds much better, it is much more open and has a beautiful stereo effect, which which I can't get with the new model. I want the original back. The new model does not work for me nor do I like it so much

Purchased Brigade Chorus, authorized it in control panel (see it in the list marked "authorized for all devices"), but it is not selectable in the Console

After a month I still can’t use it
I started using iLok 10/15years ago and I’ve never had a single problem before trying UA plugins, I’m not a newbie, I have several plugins authorized on my computer and other in the cloud… But these clowns can only repeat the same useless things that everybody knows and that won’t work because the problem is not me but their software that are bugged af… The support will only treat you like a newbie and tell you useless non-sense basic stuff everybody knows. One star is already too much… Support is useless, no refund available and system requirements are fake, even on Catalina it won’t work, it doesn’t even let me authorize the software properly… (Weird thing, just because UA connect won’t let me download the plug-in on my Mac with Mojave, but it looks like everything is working fine here, the only problem is that I can’t download the actual plugin on mojave and the support doesn’t even listen to your problems, I asked multiple times for a legacy download or even the latest but out of their applications and nobody helped me).
Do I have to say anything else? Oh right, I still don’t know if the plug-in is actually any good because after one month I still haven’t tried it, ridiculous, at least I’m glad I’m not the only one who’s hating on this scammy company, they’re really rocking the bottom right now, unbelievable experience, don’t buy from them! There are tons of cheaper and way better alternatives.

Has UAD removed the Roland Dimension D plugin for this?
I demoed the Roland Dimension D a month or so ago and absolutely loved it. Super authentic to its vintage gear version. After my demo expired, I clicked the shopping cart to buy it, but was redirected to this. Not only that, I can't find Dimension D anywhere on the site. The Dimension D plugin hasn't been removed from the current collection, but there seems to be no way to purchase it without be directed here. I fully agree with another reviewer — this is obviously not the same. If this is actually replacing the Roland plugin, I will be very upset. UAD: Please address this issue.

Corrupts Delay Compensation in PT
Consistently corrupts the delay compensation in my PT sessions. Pretty disappointed in UAD's lack of resolution to this issue after all of the money I've invested into using their hardware and software.

Support Services Are Horrible
Not able to reach any support staff. Waited on hold for 1 hour 40 minutes. Finally, I had to take a business call and pressed # for a call back. Someone from UA eventually called back when I was on another business call, but they did not leave a message or anyway to follow-up. Horrible support services.

What happens to UA?
UA use to be a great company and they still build good equipment and plug-ins but they have ZERO respect for their customers now and offer NO customer service. Their current Customer Service manager is not there to assist with issues but instead he is there to lose customers. I was planning to upgrade my Apollo to the latest version this year and to add some more plug-ins to my collection of over 100, but after seeing that UA no longer supports their customers I have decided to find a new system. Again UA still makes great products and plug-ins, but before deciding to jump to n to purchasing anything from them keep in mind that they offer ZERO customer service or support now.

Way overdone and adds gain.
I’ve got a CE1 and have owned and used them for over 35 years. This is just way overdone and adds gain. On its most minimal setting it still adds gain and overmodulates. Subtle is not in its vocabulary.
