Registration
Registration is required for all UAD users obtain software updates, optional copy-protected plug-in licenses, and technical support. It is also an opportunity for you to inform us of your system details so we can serve you better, and to keep you informed about important updates and new product announcements.
How to Register
Registration for UAD products is accomplished at my.uaudio.com. To register, please create an account at my.uaudio.com then follow the online instructions there. If you have already registered, login to your account using that email address (your password can be sent to you).
Plug-in Licenses
Visit our online store to obtain optional copy-protected plug-in authorizations (this includes Flexi, Ultra, Studio, and Project PAK users). A my.uaudio.com account (created during registration) is required for all UAD software downloads and plug-in licenses.
Transferring UAD cards and licenses
Ownership of UAD cards and licenses can be transferred from one my.uaudio.com account to another to accommodate the used equipment marketplace. Both the buyer and seller must be involved in this process.
