All Platforms:

• 130 MB of available hard disk space
• 256 MB of RAM (512 MB is strongly recommended)
• Available PCI or PCI-X slot for each UAD-1 card
• Available PCI Express (PCIe) slot for each UAD-1e or UAD-Xtenda card
• Available ExpressCard/34 or ExpressCard/54 expansion slot for each UAD-Xpander
• 1024 x 768 or higher resolution monitor
• CD drive or internet connection for software installation
• An AGP or PCI Express graphics video adapter (PCI graphics is not supported)
• Internet connection required for registration and obtaining optional plugins
• Additional platform-specific requirements are listed below

Windows platform:

• Microsoft Windows XP (Home, Pro, or x64 Edition), Windows Server 2003, or Windows Vista (32-bit or 64-bit versions)
• Important: UAD-Xpander is supported on notebook computers under Windows Vista only
• VST or RTAS host software, such as Steinberg Nuendo or Digidesign Pro Tools

Macintosh platform:

• Mac OS X version 10.4.0 or higher
• VST, RTAS, or Audio Units host software, such as Steinberg Nuendo, Digidesign Pro Tools, or Apple Logic Pro
• Processor upgrade cards are not officially supported

Discontinued platforms:

• Windows 2000 runs with UAD version 4.6.0 and below
• Mac OS 10.3.9 "Panther" runs with UAD version 4.5.1 and below
• Mac OS 10.3.0 - 10.3.8 "Panther" runs with UAD version 4.2.0 and below
• Mac OS 10.2.x "Jaquar" runs with UAD version 4.1.0 and below
• Windows DirectX runs with UAD version 4.0.0 and below
• WIndows 98SE/ME and Mac OS 9 (VST & MAS) run with UAD version 3.9.0 and below
