Q. I just registered a new UAD2 card. Why was a new system created?

A. When you register your UAD product the UAD software will detect if there are any other UAD cards in the system. If there are then it should place the new card in the same group with the card that is already installed... If you install the card in a new computer and there are no other UAD cards then the new card will be registered in a new account group.


Q. My meter has disappeared! What do I do?

A. Close the meter and then navigate to the following location: User / Library / Preferences / Universal Audio.  Once there, trash the file UAD Meter.ini.  Reopen the meter and it should appear onscreen.  Please give this a try and let me know the result.
