UA SIGNS GROUP 55 TECHNOLOGY CONSULTING AS NORTHEAST SALES REPRESENTATIVES

SANTA CRUZ, CA, USA-JULY 12, 2004 -Universal Audio, a manufacturer of high-quality vintage audio hardware and DSP software plug-ins for digital audio workstations, today announced the addition of Neil Ziesing of Group 55 Technology Consulting to the growing roster of field sales representatives. Effective July 1, 2004 Neil will manage Universal Audio sales and sales support in the Northeast US Region. Group 55 will further strengthen Universal Audio's ability to provide immediate, high-caliber in-store support to the network of hardworking UA resellers in the Northeast region of the US.
Before founding Group 55 Technology Consulting, Neil Ziesing began his career in music technology with industry legend, Opcode Systems. Initially hired as Northeast sales representative, Ziesing went on to become Opcode's international sales manager before moving on to hold business development and marketing positions with innovative technology companies such as Rocket Network, sputnik7, and Generic Media. In 2002, Ziesing also founded Oz Music Code to develop his own software ideas. Oz Music Code's first product, Alphabet Soup, was released in 2003.
