Universal Audio Expands Distribution to Portugal and Portuguese-Speaking African Countries

Universal Audio is pleased to announce its expansion into Portugal and Portuguese-speaking African countries with addition of Tecnimusica to its distributor network. Focused on the professional sound and lighting markets, Tecnimusica represents a variety of respected companies, including Martin Audio, Renkus-Heinz, XTA, Radial, Audix, Manley, Rane and Ampeg.

“We’re looking forward to strengthening our Portuguese business and entering into the Portuguese-speaking African audio marketplace, as well as being part of Tecnimusica’s broad range of distributed brands” says Jed Allen, Director of International Sales for Universal Audio.

The partnership with Tecnimusica marks Universal Audio’s new expansion into Portuguese-speaking countries, including Angola, Mozambique, Cape Verde, Guiné-Bissau, Sao Tome e Principe, Açores and Madeira.
