Feature Request: Recall-Sheet Integration for Preset Management

    Dear Universal Audio Team,

I would like to share some feedback and a feature request for the Line Superlead 68. Currently, when saving presets, I find it challenging to recreate these settings later for live use. My process involves manually taking photos of the knobs and paddle positions to replicate the exact settings, which can be cumbersome and inefficient.

    Here is my suggestion:

It would be incredibly helpful to have a built-in Recall-Sheet, Recall Photo, or graphical representation within the UAFX Control app. This feature could display all saved parameters (e.g., knob positions, paddle settings, etc.) in an easily readable format, allowing users to accurately restore presets for live performances or other use cases.

Such a feature would simplify preset management and eliminate the need for external tools like manual photos. It could allow users to:

    • Visually see and adjust all saved parameters in real-time.

    • Seamlessly restore presets into Live Mode.

    • Avoid confusion with managing multiple presets (especially for users with numerous saved configurations).

I believe this addition would greatly enhance the user experience and workflow for musicians who rely on the Line Superlead 68 for both live and studio applications.

Thank you for considering this request! I look forward to seeing how the UAFX ecosystem continues to evolve.

    Best regards,

    Vincenzo

Like having a Marshall in the studio!

I'm a Fender Amp guy but who doesn't want/need a Marshall in the studio? I purchased the Dream 65 first and was so amazed at its sound and ease of use that I figured the Lion would be a great addition. It did not disappoint. Sounds amazing, easy to use. It as an app if you want to tweak further but if you like going back to simpler times of turning knobs and dialing in a tone than this is the way to go.

    Perfect

Sound quality is truly excellent !

3 flavours of vintage amps - one switch

6 cab choices - one switch

    A boost knob

Two channels ………what’s not to like ?

In real time use I just use the above as tone shapers I’ve long since forgotten what the cabs are being emulated for example .

I personally don’t need any extra dirt pedals as I can get every thing I need and I play heavy .

I really don’t like anything that requires apps , computer editing or menus so have not used the app or feel a need to do so .

I guess what I’m saying is I use this like an analog product and that’s why I love it so much .

It plays and feels analog to me …

I have a small Nano board with the Del-Verb , Woodrow and a tuner with the Lion .

The range and quality of tones at home , studio and live are simply stunning!

Direct or frfr are both fantastic.

For me it’s not about direct comparisons with tube amps it’s getting my sound at volumes that match the environment I’m in.

I’m a UA fanboy for sure

Lion 68 Super Lead Amp Pedal

Well i am pleased with the 68 Super Lead Lion except there is one major issue. The issue is that the amp was designed with a 100pf capacitor on volume 1 rather than the stock 5000pf capacitor. I do believe that James Santiago did a great job with the design of the Lion but without the 5000pf cap, the amplifier simply cannot get the clear bomastic snap and crunch in the low notes with a 100pf cap... the 100pf cap on V1 is just too mushy and unarticulated... when you listen to EVHs Eruption or Yngwie Malmsteens Rising force its not a pile of mush in the lower notes... it actually sounds like glass bottles at the ends of your finger tips... to many, this is the magic of a Super Lead and what is required to get the best metal and hard rock crunch tones... although i understand that the bright cap in a Super Lead is subjective, i also know that the greatest rock tones of all time were with the 5000pf capacitor.. the 5000pf bright cap is much more than added treble.. it actually makes the amp respond much differently than with the 100pf.. there is a lot of criticism when it comes to the bright 5000pf cap... many love it or hate it.. so if the 68 Lion had an option of the 5000pf cap... I could say that the pedal would be perfect. I am praying that in the future James Santiago will revise the Lion to have the 5000pf bright cap as an option but I imagine this would require modeling the Lion over again.. because the Lion is almost an exact copy of a Super Lead, I will only give a…

    Great pedal.

The pedal itself is great, alot of people say the Bluetooth app has problems but all of pedals have a connection issue especially if your phone goes to sleep mode. Hopefully there will be a desktop app since it is frustrating to stop playing to touch your phone everytime the screen dims, some phones let you turn off sleep mode but some do not, that being said, the pedal itself sounds great, but if you get it definitely get the ox stomp to have more options, and I like how there's a noise gate built in .
