I have emailed you but received no reply regarding the issue of being charged twice for my spark renewal.

Earlier this month I received a reminder that my renewal was due and when I clicked on the reminder it took me to a page that was offering a discounted 12 month subscription of spark. I clicked on that and paid the discounted amount and received a copy of my payment acceptance from Universal audio. .

Unfortunately, due to auto renew on my account your computer system then charged me for the full amount of spark to my credit card thus leading me with two payments for the yearly subscription

Clearly I would like to take advantage of the offer that you offered me of the reduced 12 month subscription amount which I initially paid after your prompt email at the beginning of July. Could you please reply to this message and acknowledge the double payment and please return the funds that the auto renew subscription technology took from my credit card leaving me with only one subscription that I have paid for at the beginning of July at the reduced offered discounted rate that was emailed to me.
