Frequently Asked Questions

Current owners of any 610 UAD plug-in can upgrade to the newest collection for free. Simply click “Get My Plug-In” to download the newest UAD Native and Apollo DSP versions.

This license includes both the UAD Native and Apollo DSP versions. The UAD Native versions run natively on your computer, no UA hardware required. The Apollo DSP versions require an Apollo audio interface or UAD hardware.

When you click “Get My Plug-In” you’ll be prompted to log into your UA account. If you don’t have a UA account, you will be asked to create one. After filling out a brief survey, the licenses will be added to your account. You can then install and activate the plug-ins in the UA Connect application.

Yes, redeeming the collection will give you full perpetual licenses of the plug-ins.

Requires Windows 10 or 11, or macOS 11 and above. See our System Requirements article for full details. An iLok account is required to manage your native plug-in licenses.

We provide three activations per license. We support activation on your computer and on an iLok USB key.
