    After limited exploration, I'd say, not bad, but not electrifying.

    I can't claim to have extensively auditioned the range of presets, but I didn't find one that "sang" for me the way some existing UAD guitar amps do, and those that do are sincerely amazing. The PGS presets I tried had a fair amount of amp noise that would have required additional noise reduction processing, and I just didn't find a preset that produced a clean, "chimey" ring that I was looking for. It's logical to assume that one's "mileage" will vary depending on one's setup.

    It just sounds good

    This is great when you need a guitar amp sound that sounds great without the need for endless tweaking. So many presets to choose from ensures you always find something that works. This way I get my ideas down quickly without endlessly tweaking amp sims.

    Phenomenal tool for that record perfect tone

    I’ve been blown away with this, the quality of the amp models, cab sims and effects are fantastic. Far better than any plugin, they just make instant record ready tones so easily accessible straight away. However the depth of tweaking you can do is great.
