Play the Most Expressive, Realistic Software Piano Ever Made

Ravel gives you the breathtaking sound of a Steinway Model B grand piano.* Using UA's industry‑leading physical modeling techniques, Ravel goes far beyond other piano plug-ins and sample libraries with its unprecedented realism, giving you album-ready sonics and inspiring playability.

Experience the Ultimate Emulation of a Model B

The Steinway Model B is the most recorded studio piano for a reason, delivering the ideal, mixable studio grand sound heard on countless modern hits. Its rich tones blend perfectly with drums, bass, and electric guitar, giving you a balanced, mix-ready piano track every time.

Hear Every Nuance with UltraResonance™ Technology

Sympathetic string resonance is the Achilles’ heel of virtual pianos. Using proprietary modeling and sampling techniques, UA's exclusive UltraResonance technology perfectly captures these complex interactions, giving you the airy palette of harmonics so notes melt into each other.

Get Simple Control of Perfectly Placed Mics

Sculpt your piano sounds with three pairs of hand-chosen vintage mics. Featuring only the controls you need, easily tweak Ravel's Volume, Tone, and a microphone Close/Room slider, giving you intimate tones to lush room sounds, and everywhere in between.

Create with Modern Textures

Looking to add drama, suspense, or other left-of-center timbres? Ravel's Reverse feature gives you unique atmospheric piano sounds, letting you add subtle reverse textures to your normal piano playing, or go completely "backwards" for all kinds of fun. You can even “play the control” for surprising real-time performance changes.

What They Say

Switching DAWs is a big undertaking, but I can definitely see LUNA finding a place in people’s workflows. I love Ravel, Moog Minimoog, and Neve Summing — plus it works seamlessly with Apollo.

    Ravel Piano

Very realistic sound, nice dynamic range and too much options to make your personal touch. Thank you so much for creators.

Sounds Good but load time is really bad

Waiting for up to 2 mins for the sound to load is bad. I have heavier and bigger plugins that load faster

    What an amazing piano!

I slept on this the first time it came out. Thought it wasn't much then.

For some reason, I circled back a couple of weeks ago, and MAN, what an amazing sound this thing has! And feel! It's the closest reproduction to real piano I've come across to date.
