Get Rich Texture and Shimmer with Legendary Studio Hardware

An exacting emulation of the Roland Dimension D* introduced in 1979, the Studio D Chorus plug‑in gives you the "secret sauce" analog widening effects used by the likes of Stevie Ray Vaughan, Brian Eno, M83, and many more. Now you can give your guitars, drums, synths, and vocals the same stunning textures of the iconic vintage rack gear — with the push of a button.

What They Say

My presets for the Studio D plug-in are so good, I actually use them myself.

Joe Chiccarelli

Jason Mraz, Beck, The Strokes, Morrissey

The Studio D Chorus plug-in excels at adding analog-style chorus effects to my mixes, ranging from subtle widening to full-blown psychedelic, super-wide washy chorusing.

Richard Chycki

Rush, Aerosmith, Dream Theater

The Studio D Chorus is my go-to bass fattener, push all the buttons in and away you go. It’s great for thickening background vocals too.

Neil Mclellan

The Prodigy, St. Lucia

    Solid and Useable

This is quite a good effect and certainly useful. The only thing I mark it down for is I feel that it doesn't quite have the depth of lower mid movement that the original has and - when comparing it to my original unit, it just feels a little bit 'less'. However, the plugin is still great when a mild chorus effect is required that does not ness up the stereo field. I find I tend to add a touch of brightness to it which also helps it give the classic Dimension D sound.

    Amazing recreation

I used to many plugins like Microshift, doubler, etc. But this one sounds fuller and natural even in mono compatibility.
