    Very Nice tool!

    You Need this software to be aware of updates and download your softwares from Universal Audio.

    It's nice to keep this APP so you can have access to free updates, Free Universal Audio DAW (LUNA). maybe the organization it's a bit messy in the plug-ins tab, but nothing from another world.

    UAD ARE CONTROLLING!

    UAD forces you to keep this installed, even after you have downloaded and installed the software for your hardware. If you delete this, UAD Console won't open.

    UAD are getting very controlling...things need to change.

    Been working fine, up to now. Now won't open

    Have been using this for my Native plugins and no issues, even got some free plugins as well. Now, for reasons out of my control, UA Connect, which you have to use to keep the plugins up to date, has stopped working. Have tried to contact Universal Audio but got as far as the awful chatbot and nothing since.

    Really disappointed with them.

    Online help is next to useless as well.

    Please fix the app!

    Unreliable

    Worked at first and now having big problems trying to connect and retrieve my software. The removing of all instances to make a clean reinstall is quite a big process and still didn't work after that. unless things improve greatly I will not be buying any more plugins using this dysfunctional system.

    Works when it works

    Doesn’t pop up when I click on the app on my Mac

    It’s buggy as hell

    I purchased some plug ins and won’t update
