    It’s great to see UA’s high‑quality plug‑ins becoming available in a native format via the UAD Spark platform. The initial plug‑in collection provides plenty of analogue character and demonstrates excellent proof of concept. Hopefully, more will follow.

    I've been hearing a lot about uad plugins so I took the plunge and thought I'd try them out for the $79 for spark for the first year. I was mostly concerned with the eqs as I don't rely on a lot of plug-in use. I found a couple of the eqs were good, some that's so different than other manufacturers. My favorite so far is the SSL 4000 eq. My biggest complaint on equalizers is that the amplification for each EQ band, takes so much more than the hardware version. This is what I hate in regards to using plugins. The reverbs and delays are usually pretty good but equalizers are a whole another game.. However the SSL 4000 EQ was better than the rest, I think? So I gave them a three-star rating out of five at this time.. Thanks
