Man, this thing should be great but it just doesn't perform well at all. It is incredibly CPU heavy, and almost anytime i stop playback this thing is leaving hanging notes and noise that can only be stopped by turning the plugin off and on again. Such a shame because i really enjoy all the customization as far as built in pedals and studio options, also because i spent hard earned money on it thinking "it's UAD of course it's gonna be good"....nah, it's not.

Quite happy with this beautiful instrument. For me it's really easy to find just the right sound to fit in my compositions without tweaking too long. Tasteful and practical plug-in, exactly what I was looking for.

Ker-blooey! That's the sound of my mind being blown over the Electra 88 Vintage Keyboard plug in from UAD. If you had a big recording session at a killer studio you'd hire a great player to bring in her/his vintage Suitcase Rhodes from the 70s. The player would bring some effects, like chorus, flange, tape loop delay, etc., and the studio would have a vintage Twin Reverb and a Leslie cab ready to go.
The Electra 88 Vintage Keyboard has ALL THAT! Throw mics up to the Twin, the Leslie, or the suitcase amps and go be Joe Sample.

It’s incredible! I love that sound since my childhood and now I have it to my fingertips. I am really in love! A réal professionnal plugin that I can tweak all the ways I want.
