Just ok
I have both the RMX 16, I don't know why we have to have 2 plug ins now...and to honest. I don't really hear a difference..that being said I love the RMX16 , and the upgrade was reasonable, but these should be just one plug in IMO...and the added depth I keep hearing about, I don't hear so ... judge for yourself

My Favourite Soft Verb
Yes, this is breakthrough sound. It is by far a better version, though the older version was my favorite character verb of all software verbs. It sounds on a level with quality hardware verbs now. It is a verb full of character, on the dark side. I use it on every mix I do. It is a great master verb to use on an FX channel and apply to all tracks in a project to give a blend. It can be used very subtly or very dramatically, performing equally well in either application. Using this with the new Korg delay is bringing me lots of expansion of new sounds and mix ideas. If you are making dub related music these two are seriously up to the job of giving a very wonderful modern dub sound; dark and moody. Thanks.

A big addition to an already great product
Owning an original RMX16 wit all expanded algorithms, all I can say is, this is quite close, and I really love the convenience of having it around whenever I want. And in as many instances as I need. The newer programs really complement the original ones greatly. Only drawback: I don't understand why I had to pay for this little upgrade. Would have been a nice gesture if UA released this for existing users for free. I would EXCPECT something like this in terms of image and presige advertising. Esp. for a relatively high priced piece of software. Therefore only 4 stars.

Nice extension...
Helpful extension for AMS users. Beside a plus of features which are "basic" in todays Plugin workflows the AMS get's nice additionals for reverb Pros plus a bunch of presets for those who aren't...ß)

The Affect of the Effects
I love experimental elements in a project,it makes things unique. Sometimes errors utilizing effects on different sounds not commonly used on create new trends...That's why I like more expansions which equals to more variances. When you have a palatte with more colors you have more tools for further exploration...and that is a whole different level of bliss for a musical scientists....

Expanded soundscapes
Very cool new aka old algorithms. Lots of depth and Metallic clangs are possible here. The perfect experimental verb.

You have to simply hear this reverb in the mix to believe how good it is! sure, it sounds incredible in solo mode but in the mix is where it shines and where it should shine!!

Upgrade pricing seems fair to me!
Although I totally understand those feeling stung by the upgrade pricing, I can't fault this one or the policy of a different version. I was against the 88RS upgrade policy as that was just ridiculous. I have always understood someone has to do the work and therefore someone has to be reasonably paid to it. Uaudio isn't a one man band, its reasonably sized company with all that means etc. So as long as those who already own it are supplied with a coupon to help make it a no brainier, and as long as the substance of the upgrade is comparable then I personally see no problem.

Not blow away.
I got this with the $399, 3 Plugin deal. I also got the SSL G Bus and the Ampex which are amazing. So far I've been a little disappointed with this Plugin. When I pull it on both vocals I just can't seem to dial it in to where it sounds good/natural. Maybe it takes time to learn. So far I'm not sold.

Totally radical!
I've not had the good fortune to work with the real hardware so I can't make that comparison. However, what I can say is that this verb sounds truly amazing! It's almost like an instrument in itself -- it invites creativity and imbues everything with something special. I cannot understand how I managed without it.
