UA 1176 Classic FET Compressor Compressor with a powerful character!
Out of curiosity, I tried this compressor and was pleasantly surprised. I liked its powerful character; it really stands out in the mix. I also really like its tonal quality; it's not as bright and thin as the 1176 Rev A (which isn't always desirable), and not as "clean and fat" as the 1176LN Rev E; it's somewhere in between. Definitely worth a try. Cool!
