This plugin in some situations like all the UAD plugins I could try, really adds beautiful colors if you know how to use it and best of all : it is made for sitting on a track so it's not a duplicate of the also excellent Studer tape machine; they serve different purposes.
When used wisely, these really create warmth and colors to your mixes.
It's not every day I can say all the UAD plugins I bought had a place in at least one of my mixes.
