Outstanding
Still a novice after only 10 years of mixing, but even my ears can tell this lends a beautiful sound and an ease of use that is most welcome. The preamp and EQ's are a joy to use, it's pretty hard to make material sound bad using them. The gate is super easy to dial-in and the compressor is nice and punchy. Maybe a mix dial for the comp and an output trim under the fader in a future update would make the whole package perfection.

I loved this plug in until the last updates
This plugin is my best friend for my guitar, but it's not formatting correctly since the last two updates. I can only see the top quarter of the plugin now. M1 MacBook Pro OS Sequoia 15.3.2. Hopefully y'all fix it soon. This plug in really helps with the noise and punch through the mix. I always use the noise gate, the compression and great EQ

SUMMING AT ITS FINEST
I bought this in the LUNA bundle, and was originally a Pro Tools user when it came to post production, but I've finally transitioned, and I can't live without this specific plugin now.
As someone who transitioned from producing Urban and Pop for over 10 years music to recording audiobooks for the last 8 years, I rely heavily on summing capabilities of and analog coloration a lot for my sound overall, the API summing plugin just blows my mind and is used on every single project that I use. I did demo the Neve plugin and that one did sound somewhat better to me, especially with how it handles the low end, but this API one is no joke and it will carry you the whole way with a little bit more work, and I can say that I have no regrets about not having the Neve one anymore, as this one does the Job!
Anyone who wants that powerful analog summing sound, you can't go wrong with this High Fidelity Emulation of that massive API sound, it hits all the right spots sonically and you will not be dissapointed!

Punchy with a warm presence is best way that I can describe API Vision. I use API Vision on everything with a fantastic result! Just get it ! You won't regret it.

It's like having a world-class analog console right at my fingertips
I'm blown away by the API Vision Channel Strip Collection! This plugin has completely transformed the sound of my productions. Every little tweak to the knobs makes a noticeable difference in the overall tone. I'm particularly impressed with the gate, compressor and the eq!! The sound is incredibly rich and warm, and it adds a professional polish to my mixes. If you're looking to elevate your audio, I highly recommend giving this plugin a try.

it works great, a channel strip with the famous sound, of course it is not really sounding like the real thing, as I have some Api Hardware, but if you dig in deeper, it is coming close, what I don`t like about the plugins, is, that you have to be online to make them work...I think nobody likes that-

The real thing … and then some.
API has always been a favourite of mine, specially for recording guitars., The midrange EQs works perfectly for the job, not harsh but punchy. The Q curve sharpens or widens in relation to the gain you apply and can sweeten or cut the harmonics you’re looking for in a musical manner. I’ve worked on a dozen API analogue consoles over the years and used numerous API plugins but it’s only UAD that have really nailed the feel, colour and grain of the legendary consoles. Being compatible with the Apollo mix engine makes it the prefect recording tool, pre-amp, EQ, compression and gate all with zero latency. It’s become my ‘go to’ input plugin for the vast majority of my in the box recording and mixing.
