Perfect Audio Interface EVER
Without hardware Plug-ins, I have no choice. UAD Apollo Twin X changed my way of working so far to something completely new. Powerful output headphone amplifier, Vintage plug-ins for real-time recording, mixing, etc. I'm using it with more satisfaction than anyone else.

neues update installiert, alle 300 nicht gekauften plugins mit!
Super unübersichtlich, die gekauften plugins oder mitgelieferten kann man zwischen 300 nicht gekauften suchen, die bei jedem update werden alle wieder instaliert. Also nach jedem update muss man für die übersicht ca 300 Plugins in 12verschiedenen Ordnern suchen und löschen. Schön hats eine Hide funktion bei der Console, die sollte es bei den Plugin Ordner auch haben. Am besten eine nicht installieren funktion.

The Interface itself is amazing, but how about you include the wire I need to use it after I just spent $1k on it.

Modest upgrade over Apollo Twin Duo
Bought a Twin X quad for downstairs studio setup. LOTS more processing power for plug-ins, which is very welcome. Modest improvements in sound quality--I don't think that's a good reason to upgrade. Like the mix of features, including the ability to add 8 more inputs via the digital optical input. I liked my original Apollo Twin duo; like the Twin X Quad even more. Just wish there was a way to use them both at once!

I shouldn’t have wait so lo long
I’ m so glad with my new purchase. I know the Apollo Twin since the beginning, I installed it for friends, I work with Apollo on several studios , but I didn’t have the occasion to purchase one on my own. Now that I’m installing a new studio to be able to work at home, I finally make the jump ans so far so good. It’s been just 2 weeks and everything works fine. I’m working in audio post-production, and so far so good. What I love the most is the unison preamp, that I allready used a lot to record great vocals, whithout any fear of the result with a home recording. Everything sound as it should be.

Top notch gear
I had a Focusrite Scarlet 8i6 before, Apollo is a different universe, made my KRKs sound louder and much richer. Paired with the Sphere L22 Mic, it's a dream.

Great unit
I previously had a solo and this works much better for me. This provides more headroom while recording and connectivity. Sold the solo and am very happy.

I recently switched from a Yamaha MG12XU mixer for this thunderbolt audio interface, what a pleasure, coupled with an HS80M, the sound is incredible, in addition real time is perfect, I recommend Apollo Twin X Duo for those who want to change their audio interface with a high-end product like this.

For a long time, I've been wanting to experience how its working with an UAD interface, and finally the time came. I'm really impressed about the audio quality upgrade from my previous interface to this Apollo. Amazing fidelity and sound!
I upgraded from the first Apollo Twin and it was a huge jump! The conversion/convertors are amazing and much better! Felt as significant and epic as the first time I bought an Apollo. Amazing fidelity and sound, just listening to music is wonderful. Made everything sound much better, all my plugins, DAWs, effects, UAD plugins, recordings into the interface etc., everything got a huge improvement. Feels like a real Pro interface with Pro sound. Thank you Universal Audio for democratising production! So cool that little guy like me can have a home studio with the same advantages as Pro studios. You can compete with anyone in the world thanks to an Apollo X and UAD plugins! Thats so mind-blowing and epic! What more can I say, I love it!

Great entry into the UAD DSP world
I purchased this device as an antrance into the DSP world as my Mac Studio is a bit slow with its single core performance. The idea was to "outsourcing" audio effects that are assigned to the main output to the DSP, and maybe a reverb on a bus. It works well for that but as soon as you start, you want more. I also connected my guitar as well as my Drumbrute to the interface and routed it into my DAW. Nice gear, but makes apetite for more.
