EMT^® 140 Classic Plate Reverberator

Good but not great

Not so amazing as everybody says, but a good reverb.

Great, I use it on every mix.

Great lush rever, The input filter is especially useful. The three plates all have a unique character. They all sound so good in different ways, it sometimes takes me a while to decide which one i want to use! It would be great if you could morph between them, seamlessly.

Another essential plugin

I use it on nearly every mix. Such a dense and deep sounding plate.

Great Spacer

This reverb is really good. You can add space without muddying your mix. It's bright but it sounds pleasureble. Best soft plate I have.

lush reverb

This reverb does exactly what it's supposed to. It's warm and big and lush. And it add a sparkle but not harsh in any way. It's not fully flexible and the possibility of a shorter tail would be great ( I know it's a plate).
This kind of reverb has his very distinct personality, so you can use it in very specific situation, I mean I don't see it as a any situation "good to go" reverb. But when you need it, wow that is the deal.

This reverb has the right vintage sound and works on any music style. Great user interface.

EMT140

I have used it most on vox and i have a very great result. I have been sick and could not work so much sense i punch it but i am gonna be very satisfied.
Like usual UA plug is the greatest

Very easy to use and very efficient great for the voices

great reverb with unique tone, doesn't work on everything because it's very specific!
just try it and it can be magical, musical or just not the good choice sometimes.
