The greatest low end tuning tool I have ever used.
Without a doubt, this "tool" was able to tame my low end, particularly the Bass and Kick drum, in no time at all. The tune was a heavy rocker with lots of information throughout the spectrum. Upon setting up the mix, the low end was "flabby" and I could not get much definition between the bass and the kick. Upon adding this plug in the channel, the kick drum had nice definition and plenty of chest pounding bottom. Next was the bass. Adding this plugin to the bass immediately cleaned up the boomy box sound and I was able to add plenty of low end to make the bass warm and punch in relation to the kick drum. When I brought up the rest of the instruments, the bass and kick sounded like a million bucks! There was total definition between the two. I love this plugin! Next, I will try it on vocals.

Great on kick drums
I used this little gem to enhance the sound of a kick drum track, and it worked beautifully. Large, warm beefy sound, with no distortion.

The voice of VOG
I demo'd this thinking I'd instantly dismiss it (who needs another EQ?!) but it's great - eq's the bass end in a very different way and is very simple to operate. I ran a couple of vintage drum machine patterns through it and bought it immediately!

Don't believe what you see on you tube
i once watched some guy telling me on you tube how this plugin was just a a little bass eq and was a total rip off so when ever it came on sale i pretty much ignored it ... what a mistake as this thing is nothing short of AMAZING .. what it does to the bottom end is off the hook and far better than the hz plugin

Must Have Plugin for Me !!
I play driving rock power guitars and this DEFINITELY helps them sit perfect together.... It will take a few times hitting the combinations of the buttons but once you do.... you will want it on most EVERY track!! Happy Camper Here!! LOVE UAD Audio!!

Get that vocal thickness you need
Man this is a special plugin. Instead of wasting time trying to use an eq to add some body or thickness to vocals I just slap this thing on, turn the knobs a bit and like magic I get the effect that I'm looking for. This plugin makes it to my current vocal chain.

So simple, yet pretty complex, as you have to know how to use it correctly. This is becoming the same comment I say about a lot of the UA plug-ins, with the ones that seem to be simple enough to use. Used it separately on drum and bass tracks, to just bring it to a comfortable whoomphing feel, then tried to use it on the whole mix. Had to back it way down on the individual tracks. Seems easy to fine tune its use it on the whole mix, or just individual tracks, and easy to find a find a sweet spot. Just walk away from it after awhile, to avoid ear fatigue, as the aural and sonic overharmonics will change your perception. Depending on your taste, and song style or mix, the bass resonance is pretty addicting. I have also seen the other internet sites bashing UA/Little Labs for packaging a stock EQ setting, which could/seems to be true, however, this works well with not pulling my onboard resources, and let the UA card do its work. This was spoken through the Voice Of God.

Working with low frequencies is always a challenge with the VOG it definitely gets you where you need to be a lot quicker!

For a small room homestudio, this helps you within seconds the right punch and/or depth to whatever track you need. Ad the OsceanWay reverb and you´re suddenly able to make your drums, bass, guitar, vocal and what more sound like a multi million dollar studio.

Brings out the low end resonances on Vocals.
Adds a creamy rich warm sound on the kick and bass, and simple to use.
